Rachel Krino of Bellaire, Michigan is a graphic designer and marketing consultant through her own company, Bailey Designs and
Consulting. Rachel is a trained videographer and photographer, who carries a Master of Arts degree in Media Management from Ohio
University. Her thesis entitled, “Digitizing Grassroots: How to start a non-profit media arts center in rural America,� is aimed at
